Company President and CEO, Derrick Fitzgerald is as comfortable on a construction site as he is in the boardroom. He was born and raised in Ireland where he worked for his family's construction business. Derrick comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and inspired him to start his own consulting and development business. In all of the years since, his attention-to-detail and commitment to owner satisfaction have been integral to his success in construction and development. In 2004 he followed his passion in real estate development and created his own company, The Marion Group LLC.

Although Derrick has accrued more than 20 years of experience of his own, he has assembled a team of skilled industry professionals who embrace his values of excellent customer service, quality control and efficient planning. He is hands on with every active project and spends his time meeting with prospective clients and finding new and exciting projects to develop. Derrick prides himself in uncompromised customer service and client satisfaction is his top priority.

When not working, you are likely to find Derrick spending quality time with his family, skiing, or playing an "A" game of golf.

James McConville is a native of Northern Ireland, and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After he moved to Boston, he started and successfully grew in the construction industry. James also spent several years as a licensed insurance agent, but he came to find that he missed working construction and getting his hand dirty.

James has over a decade of experience in the carpentry and construction project management field. As Director of Operations, he believes in excellent customer service and takes pride in his ability to maintain constant contact with clients. Not only does James have a love for construction, he is a Golf enthusiast.

Patrick was born and raised in Franklin Massachusetts. He has a wide range of trade skills, but his expertise lies in playing music and golf. He brings many years of construction experience and is a major asset to our company. As Site Superintendent; Patrick helps to complete quality inspections, supervise subcontractors and staff, while communicating directly with our senior management team. When not working hard on site, you can find Patrick spending quality time with his children.
